Tim has over two decades in public service and technology management, he has a proven track record of modernizing local government technology systems. His career began managing FEMA grants for the Regional Planning Commission, before advancing to head the Planning, Zoning, Building, and GIS departments.
Over the past 20 years, he has led numerous modernization projects, including RFP development, review, contract negotiations, project management, and implementation. His focus areas include Public Safety, GIS, Assessment, Document Management, Work Order Management, Web and Application Development, Infrastructure, and Security.
His efforts have consistently incorporated new technologies, data conversion projects, and innovative approaches to benefit local governments. Notably, many of his projects have involved Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and are beginning to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for local governments.
