M. Bryant Phillips

Bryant joined the Berkley Group in January 2016 as a Programs Director with nine years of local government experience, serving as a Planner/Senior Planner for the County of Fluvanna and the Town of Ashland, and as a Budget/Management Analyst for the County of Hanover. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Affairs and Planning and a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech.

Bryant’s career has allowed him to gain experience in a variety of areas of local government administration including budget planning and development, current development administration, long-range planning, and program management.
