Kurtis Rogers
Planner I
Kurtis joined the Berkley Group in November 2023. His previous experience includes serving as an Architectural History Field Director for a Cultural Resource Management Firm and most recently as a the Associate Planner and Deputy Subdivision Agent for Louisa County. During his time, he collaborated with developers for large and small-scale land development, subdivision plat reviews, managed rezoning and conditional use permit cases, proffer amendments, and intensive research regarding land use. Mr. Rogers also has an extensive background in historic architecture and genealogy research. His academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in History from Western Carolina University and a Masters Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Museum Studies.
