Beth S. McDaniel

Beth McDaniel is the former Senior Human Resources Manager for the City of Lynchburg, Virginia.  She has over 30 years of experience in local government including professional and managerial work in Human Resources and Human Services.  She served as a primary source of compensation and classification expertise for the City of Lynchburg and other public organizations. Her experience includes working with outside consultants developing and implementing compensation systems for the City and as an “internal consultant” with City departments in developing various plans for their unique situations.

Beth has been certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by World at Work.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from JMU and a M.Ad from the University of Lynchburg.
